Meet Jordan Malek

A woman with long wavy blonde hair wearing a white blazer and smiling at the camera.

Jordan Malek is a fundraising strategist who helps nonprofits bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their most important work. After starting her career in major gifts with the American Red Cross, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the University of Connecticut Foundation, she spent nearly seven years at Orr Group, where she rose to Senior Director and guided complex, multi-million-dollar campaigns across sectors. These experiences shaped her belief that effective fundraising is equal parts disciplined strategy and human connection.

Jordan founded Malek Made Strategies to offer nonprofits a more personal, flexible, and collaborative approach to consulting. She partners closely with executive teams and boards to strengthen development operations, build donor pipelines, and design actionable plans that help organizations move forward with confidence. Her clients value her ability to navigate complexity, bring order to ambiguity, and show up as a true extension of their team.

She is passionate about unlocking potential within organizations and building strategies that create lasting, meaningful change. When you partner with her, your mission becomes her mission.

Outside of her work, Jordan lives in Washington, DC with her husband and their two young children. A former Division I pole vaulter, she brings the same grit, energy, and competitive spirit to her work as she did to the track. Outside the office, she is often chasing her toddler, squeezing in a dance-fitness class, or planning her next international adventure. She is happiest when she is exploring new places, staying active, and making meaningful memories with her family.
