Jordan is a thoughtful strategist and nonprofit partner with over a decade of experience driving transformative fundraising outcomes.
As the founder of Malek Made Strategies, she blends the rigor of a premier consulting firm with the personal, boutique experience of a true partner. She listens closely, collaborates deeply, and stays with you from strategy to execution.
She began her fundraising career in major gifts with the American Red Cross, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the University of Connecticut Foundation. Jordan then joined Orr Group, rising to Senior Director where she guided multi-million-dollar campaigns across education, environment, and human services. She brings this depth of experience to every engagement and tailors strategies that unlock potential and help organizations navigate complexity with clarity.
